Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received – unworn and unused – with all original tags and packaging intact – and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask for photographic evidence in cases to conclude if your request for a return is valid.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at Maisonvora@gmail.com within this period. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the issue to process your request efficiently.
Return Approval
Once your returned item is received, it may take up to 14 days to inspect and approve your return. A shipping fee will be deducted from approved returns covering the costs of the shipping label provided to ship the item back to us.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 10 business days, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned – sale items and gift cards – perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants – custom or personalized products – personal care products such as beauty items – hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
